Starting January 1, 2026, Creekview is moving to a new expanded location in North Wilmington. The new office space is larger, updated, and more accessible, allowing us to better meet the needs of our valued clients. Nothing else about your services will change -- you'll still be working with the same team, with no changed to our phone, email, website, patient portal, or insurance paneling. Please contact us with any questions.

Wellness Policy
Creekview Psychological Assessment Center follows CDC guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses out of respect for our patients, staff, and family members who are immunocompromised or otherwise at risk. Masking is not required. Please consider wearing a mask if you have active symptoms of any illness (e.g., cough, congestion). If you are too sick to attend your appointment or would not perform your usual best on assessments, please reschedule. ​Our clinicians follow these same guidelines. ​
