Welcome to The Creekview Center!
We designed our office space with all of our clients in mind. Our goal is to provide people of all ages with a predictable, low-sensory, and comfortable environment for therapy and evaluation services. The page below outlines some highlights from our facility.
ACCESSIBILITY: Parking at The Creekview Center is free. There is a DART bus stop on Foulk Road, a short walk from our office building. There is an elevator in the building. Please let us know if you need assistance entering the front door (there is no automated opening system). A staff member or clinician would be more than happy to meet you downstairs to provide assistance.

Meet Jessica at the front desk! If she's not available, press the button for the provider you are scheduled to see and they will be right out.
Take a seat in the spacious waiting room with natural sunlight and warm lamp light -- there is no overhead or fluorescent lighting in this space.
Kids can wait for their appointment in comfort with some activities to do.
Comfortable, low stimulation testing environments are available for both children and adults.
One assessment room has a child sized table, cushioned floor tiles, a soft washable rug, and a fluffy beanbag for our child clients with sensory needs at all developmental ages and stages.
