Service Description

This appointment is your initial intake and consultation with one of our expert team members. During this appointment we will review your goals for an evaluation, ask detailed questions about your history and current experiences, and make recommendations about what types of testing would best answer your questions. This your time to explain what types of concerns you have, if there are any specific diagnoses you are looking to be evaluated for, and to ask questions about the testing procedures. There is no obligation to continue with testing after this initial consultation. A cost estimate for the rest of the evaluation will be provided after the consultation appointment, as each evaluation (and subsequently cost of evaluation) is customized to the needs of each individual.
