Social and Emotional Skills Group
For Elementary School
NOW ENROLLING FOR FALL 2024
Run by therapists, we use an evidence based friendship group model to teach social and emotional skills for children in grades K-2 and 3-5 over the course of several weeks. Sessions focus on core social skills like participation, communication, cooperation, good sportsmanship, and conflict resolution while promoting emotional understanding and empathy, self-control, and effective coping with social stressors. Groups for each age group will be run based on enough participation, so please reach out if you are interested!
Parent and Caregiver Consultation Group
NOW ENROLLING FOR FALL 2024
This is a supportive group designed for parents and caregivers who are looking to learn and grow alongside their children. Run by therapists, our group focuses on helping adults fortify the parent-child attachment relationship while learning new ways to respond to their child's big emotions and difficult behaviors. This group is a starting point for parents who want to an introduction to evidence based, adaptive parenting techniques in a compassionate group setting. This group is open to parents and caregivers of all family structures and those with both neurodivergent and neurotypical children.
