COVID-19 and General Wellness Policies
Creekview Psychological Assessment Center follows the guidelines below for reducing the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses out of respect for our patients, staff, and family members who are immunocompromised or otherwise at risk.
We do not require visitors to wear masks, but it is encouraged in the following circumstances:

If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 5 days and do not have any symptoms

If you have active symptoms of any illness (e.g., cough, congestion)

If you aren't sure about your health status for any reason

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are symptomatic with COVID-19,
please do not attend your appointment. We will work with you to reschedule.
​
Our clinicians follow these same guidelines, and some of our clinicians continue to mask at the office regularly.
If you would feel more comfortable if your clinician wore a mask, please let them know when scheduling.
